GoKart Studio
We build tools and design partnerships. The question driving both: how do humans and AI actually work well together?

The problem
The model was never the hard part.
Capable agents are easy to get now. Reliable work out of them is the hard part, and it isn't a prompting problem. Execution got fast. The judgment around it didn't. The handoff between the two rarely gets designed.
That's the gap we work in. Most help starts with the technology, a tool to add, a prompt to tune. We start with how your team actually decides, and design where the agent fits before anything gets automated.

How we think
Partnership over automation
Automation isn't the enemy. Deploying it without designing how people and AI need to work together is. Partnership design comes first.
Design the relationship first
Before anyone writes a prompt, we map where human judgment ends and AI should begin. That boundary is designed, not discovered.
Context is the product
An AI without context just generates plausible noise. We build the knowledge layer so it actually understands what you're working on, not just your latest prompt.
Craft over convenience
We build for people who care whether AI makes their output better, not just faster. The ones who've noticed that taste is becoming a competitive advantage.

What we make
No case studies yet. So look at the work instead. These are the systems we built to run our own studio, designed the same way we'd design yours. The work is the argument.

Sogo
Your AI shouldn't have to call five apps to understand your business. Sogo brings your databases, docs, and agents into one workspace — where the AI already works.

AI COO
An AI that actually knows your business — it remembers what you decided last week and runs operations without a morning re-brief. We built ours over three years, then published the framework for anyone to take.

NeuroDiv OS
Most productivity systems assume a brain you don't have. NeuroDiv OS designs the work around how you actually operate — triggers and moves, not schedules and willpower.

Category Scout
Category-design research, run in parallel. Six neural-search passes map who has the pain, what they call it, and where the language hasn't been claimed yet.

The partners
Adam King
Systems Design / Partnership Architecture
Adam's background is behavioral systems and product design. He's applied both across $200M negotiations, federal investigations, and companies rebuilding how they operate. He coined the term Agentic Partnership Design.
Jason Fleming
AI Product / Implementation Strategy
Jason has spent twenty years building product and technology systems. He's worked with Kaiser Permanente, PBS, Physio Control, and Scentsy, moving between strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery depending on what the project needs.

Let's talk about
what you're building.
We work directly with a small number of founders and teams on designing their AI partnership. If that's the problem you're sitting with, start a conversation. If you're just curious how we think, read the writing.
